No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any of our subscription plans. Since our service is based on dedicated time, expertise, and resources, refunds are not possible once a payment has been processed. To ensure that Hueance is the right fit for your needs, we offer a Try Hueance Plan for just $1 for 7 days. This allows you to experience our services before committing to a monthly or quarterly plan.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Here’s how cancellation works:

• Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month.

• Quarterly Plans: You may cancel before the renewal date, but refunds are not provided for unused months.

• Try Hueance Plan: If you do not wish to continue after the 7-day trial, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charges.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Go to Hueance website.

2. Navigate to the resources section.

3. Click on manage Subscription and follow the instructions.

4. Now log in using your email address

What Happens After Cancellation?

• Your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

• You will lose access to our design services after your subscription expires.
